Memberships can be purchased online or in person at the Allegan Event ticket counter. Once a membership is purchased it becomes effective to use immediately, and will renew monthly until cancelled. A membership is for one person and families interested in memberships for multiple family members should choose the number of memberships equal to each person in the family who would like to participate. Frequently Asked Questions

  • Memberships may be purchased at the ticket counter with cash, credit card, or an Allegan Event gift card but a credit card must remain on file for the monthly renewal. Memberships may also be purchased online with a credit credit card. Discounts and coupons cannot be applied to membership payments.

  • Your membership is effective immediately after your purchase and registration.

  • No. Your membership is valid every day that Allegan Event is open to the public. Memberships do not include admission to birthday party packages. We reserve the right to close Allegan Event for private events, and these dates will be posted on our website calendar in advance.

  • Your membership does not expire. Memberships renew monthly, based on the day of your enrollment. Your enrollment will continue indefinitely until you choose to cancel.

  • Membership Cancellation Policy We value your membership and are committed to providing excellent service. However, if you wish to cancel your membership, please review the following terms and conditions:

    1. Cancellation Process: You may cancel your membership at any time by either: Logging into your online account, or Contacting our Customer Service team directly at 269-256-5550.

    2. Effective Date of Cancellation: Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Once your cancellation is processed, you will continue to have access to the benefits and services associated with your membership until the end of the current billing period.

    3. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your membership, including partial months or services not utilized. All payments made prior to the cancellation are non-refundable.

    4. Auto-Renewal: If you do not cancel your membership before the renewal date, your membership will automatically renew, and your account will be charged accordingly. You are responsible for cancelling in advance to avoid future charges. For further assistance or questions regarding our cancellation policy, please contact our Customer Service team.
